This will allow user to void a Payment. The changes will reflect in following - 
1) Set Payment status to VOID,
2) Remove all associated PaymentApplication,
3) Reverse all accounting trans entries associated to payment,
4) If invoice status is PAID, set its status to READY,
5) Reverse all associated entries to the invoice.
