chore: Remove unused cglib-nodep dependency from camel-cxf modules
The explicit cglib:cglib-nodep test dependency is no longer needed in
camel-cxf modules. Modern Mockito (5.x) uses ByteBuddy for bytecode
generation instead of cglib, and Spring Framework bundles cglib
internally.
This change removes:
- cglib-nodep test dependency from camel-cxf-rest
- cglib-nodep test dependency from camel-cxf-spring-rest
- cglib-nodep test dependency from camel-cxf-spring-soap
- cglib-version property from parent POM
All unit tests continue to pass with this dependency removed.
The dependency is not used in any other Maven modules.
