[users@httpd] AH00169 and AH00163

Dear all,

I am configuring apache 2.4.9 on REDHAT6.2 but getting following error
after starting apache.

 [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 10576] AH00169: caught SIGTERM, shutting down
 [mpm_prefork:notice] [pid 12319] AH00163: Apache/2.4.9 (Unix) configured
-- resuming normal operations
 [core:notice] [pid 12319] AH00094: Command line:
'/usr/local/apache/bin/httpd'


Please give me some light.
