26.3
### Expected results
### Actual results
- When we upgraded from 17.6 to 26.3, line chart Y axis does not begin from 0.
### Steps to reproduce
Upgradation from 17.6 to 26.3 results in the Problem. Solution is time grain becomes null when we upgrade from 17.6 to 26.3 which resulted in Y axis beginning not from zero. Can we fixed it using code as we are currently running on 100+ dashboards and it becomes impossible to manually fixed it
