In the Apache Mamotta incubator project we are almost ready for our first incubating release :-)

Therefore we'd need to have the two normative directories:

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/marmotta/
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/marmotta/ 

Sorry, but I did not properly read the documentation, so I created both folder by myself (r1558 and r1559 respectivelly). I apologize for having overlimit on my responsibilities.

So, I open this issue for having track of my error, but also to trigger any further action that should be done regarding this.
