Questions on support for JSR 110 and its reference impl by IBM.

Hi ,
Had some questions on WSDL 4j and JSR 110,Tried to
search mailing lists but could not find answer.

1.Does axis support JSR110?
2.Is it axis's own impl of we are using IBM's ref
implementation(WSDL4j)?

Pointers will help me understanding things better.
