[jira] [Created] (INFRA-12538) Confluence PDF for SOLR space missing logo

Cassandra Targett created INFRA-12538:
-----------------------------------------

Summary: Confluence PDF for SOLR space missing logo
                 Key: INFRA-12538
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12538
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Confluence
            Reporter: Cassandra Targett

The Lucene/Solr project uses Confluence to generate the Solr Reference Guide in PDF. The title page of this document is supposed to include the Solr logo, but that logo is suddenly missing. The space is available at https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/solr.

The PDF Layout (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/flyingpdf/viewpdflayoutconfig.action?key=solr) defines the image file for the logo as being stored at https://lucene.apache.org/solr/assets/identity/Solr_Logo_on_white.png. That file exists and is accessible publicly.

The intermediate HTML that is generated by Confluence as part of the PDF generation process includes the reference to the logo, and viewing that HTML displays the logo in the proper place (https://cwiki.apache.org/intermediates/htmlexport-20160831-145605-31541/). However, somewhere between that HTML and the final PDF, the logo is lost or not retrieved. All other images appear normally in the PDF.

The project recently released v6.2 of Lucene and Solr, and we need to release the Solr Reference Guide for it, but are stalled until we can fix the logo in the PDF.

Any ideas or anything in the logs that could be causing this problem?
