minor chage to java sca webapp sample

Can we change the atifactId of the sca sample webapp to
"sample-webapp" rather than simply "webapp" (which conflicts with the
java\sca\runtime\webapp project).  This is a very minor change that
would resolve a conflict when importing to eclipse after using mvn
eclipse:eclipse.
