Jayush Luniya joins Ambari PMC

Hi,

I'm privileged to announce that Jayush Luniya has joined the Ambari PMC.

Jayush has made tremendous contributions to the HDP Windows stack, and
shepherded the Ambari 2.0.0 deployment as Release Manager, which is a major
milestone for the product.

Congratulations Jayush for the excellent work you've done.
