[GitHub] incubator-apex-core pull request: APEXCORE-358 - Make RPC timeout ...

    APEXCORE-358 - Make RPC timeout configurable. 

    Introduced "com.datatorrent.stram.rpc.*" system properties that may be used to set RPC timeouts.
