[math] R test sources
I would like to move the R test sources out of /experimental into
/src/test/R to be included in the source distros. These are R source
files used to cross-validate test cases from the distributions and
stat packages. I would like to refer to them in the javadoc and user
guide, so they need to be in the source distro. If there are no
objections, I will do the svn move and make the necessary adjustments
to the maven and ant builds. The build will in no way depend on them
and users / developers won't need R to contribute, but it will make it
easier for those who do have R to help out with validation.
