Are your applications (web and desktop)
Windows XP SP2 ready?

Security changes,
Firewall changes,

If someone announced here every new version of every OS that apache runs
under, there wouldn't be room for any other email.

If you tried apache on XP SP2 and you had problems that you wanted help
with, that would be an appropriate topic.  But OS announcements are not.

Jeff, this is not appropriate content for the Apache users list.  (And it
is *especially* not appropriate for dev@httpd.)

I assume you are just trying to be helpful, but please keep your postings
confined to content that is directly applicable to the Apache HTTP Server.
