[jira] [Commented] (MINIFI-253) Make Processors pluggable

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MINIFI-253?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15945765#comment-15945765 ]

Aldrin Piri commented on MINIFI-253:
------------------------------------

This may supersede/encompass MINIFI-64 but an important consideration is the contract between eventual C2 scenarios and how these items map to each other. We may be dependent upon the discussed extension registry concept to help develop an ontology of sorts between the different environments. MINIFI-64 should not preclude this from occurring but should be mindful of eventual needs.

> Processors are currently Hardcoded and created within a large if statement within FlowController. Once processors are contributed and can be removed, we need to have the ability to a pluggable way to inject processors, be it from a shared object, configuration file, or compiled in.
