Log:
Removes the ij.script and derbytools-10.8.2.2.jar.
Reasons for this:
 * no active committer was maintaining it
 * it's maintained by the Derby project, see http://db.apache.org/derby/docs/dev/tools/ for details

Removed:
    ofbiz/trunk/framework/entity/lib/jdbc/derbytools-10.8.2.2.jar
    ofbiz/trunk/tools/ij.ofbiz
