appData.ser and Intake Service Question

Hi,
I am using torque and velocity (Ant 1.5 Tomcat 4)
Problem: When I update the intake.xml schema, to delete a form group, and
recompile (make project-om and compile). IT Makes OK then when I run the
app and all services (velocity/torque/intake) start ok however, my first
form (login page) is not found any
more....java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetExceptions.

I am new to Ant and Turbine...am I missing a step when I make using Ant?

Thanks for any input.

-Joe

appData.ser is generated from your Intake forms to allow faster loading
of the XML files. If you change the contents of your Intake schemas, you
must remove this file or you will get this error.

If you are developing with Turbine 2.3 or late, you can use

services.IntakeService.serialize.path= none

to turn this behaviour off which is meant for debugging.
