   ## Overview
   
   - Replaced `react-range` with `rc-slider` because I found the latest `react-range` requires you to provide your own implementation and styling of the track and handle. While with `rc-slider` we can simply override its styling to add Fauxton's color theme, much like with the old `react-range`.
   - Updated dependencies via `npm update` (only minor and micro version bumps)
   - Upgraded `react-redux` 5.0.7 to 7.2.0 to fix `componentWillReceiveProps has been renamed, and is not recommended for use` warnings raised by `connect(<Component>)` 
   
   ## Testing recommendations
   
   - Unit and e2e tests pass
   - Go to Active Tasks page
      - Use the slider at the top to change the polling interval
   
   
   ## Checklist
   
   - [x] Code is written and works correctly;
   - [x] Changes are covered by tests;
   - [ ] Documentation reflects the changes;
   - [ ] Update [rebar.config.script](https://github.com/apache/couchdb/blob/master/rebar.config.script) with the correct tag once a new Fauxton release is made
