Yes, this was a bug in check_for_numeric_helo().  I believe we fixed it in bug
5878 which found its way into SpamAssassin 3.3.0.

On that aside:  SpamAssassin 3.3.0 has a bunch of updates to TVD_SPACE_RATIO
that would probably be of use to you in fighting that one.  HTML_MESSAGE
shouldn't have flagged anything unless you've increased its score from the
3.2.5 default of 0.001.  Be wary of adding points to that rule as it hits LOTS
of non-spam.
