jekyll build indicate the following error when compile mnemonic-site locally

Conversion error: Jekyll::Converters::Scss encountered an error while converting 'mnemonic-site/src/css/screen.scss':
 Error: File to import not found or unreadable: mixins. on line 1:1 of screen.scss >> @import "mixins"; ^

 Jekyll 4.2.0 Please append `--trace` to the `build` command
 for any additional information or backtrace.
