[I] add unit test coverage for the Python AsyncRPCHandlerInitializer [texera]

eugenegujing opened a new issue, #7747:
URL: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/7747

   ### Task Summary

`amber/src/main/python/core/architecture/rpc/async_rpc_handler_initializer.py` assembles all worker-side RPC handlers of the Python engine: the wiring between each `ControlRequest` variant and its coroutine handler method is the entire content of the class.

It has no test coverage: `test_async_rpc_server.py` deliberately replaces it with a stub initializer, so nothing pins that every `ControlRequest` oneof variant resolves to an async callable on the real class.

   ### Task Type

   - [ ] Refactor / Cleanup
   - [ ] DevOps / Deployment / CI
   - [x] Testing / QA
   - [ ] Documentation
   - [ ] Performance
   - [ ] Other
