[jira] Updated: (WICKET-428) MiniMap.iterator().next() should throw NoSuchElementException

Alastair Maw updated WICKET-428:
--------------------------------

    Fix Version/s: 1.3
         Assignee: Alastair Maw

Fixed with a call to hasNext(). Worryingly, hasNext() was also broken, so I've fixed that too. I've also added a unit test, and fixed all the other iterators, which were similarly broken.
