[VOTE] {CANCEL} Release UIMA-AS 2.4.2 rc4

Cancelling the vote due to two problems found during testing:

1) Example code documented in the README hangs after processing a few CASes

2) The UIMA-AS service is not terminating when handling 'q' from a command
line
