UploadProgressBar localization files

Why localization files for UploadProgressBar (Duration.properties, 
ecc...) have been deleted from repository?

Hi Andrea,

the progress bar can now be localized with standard Wicket resource 
loading, see:

     UploadProgressBar#RESOURCE_STARTING
     UploadStatusResource#RESOURCE_STATUS

... e.g. you can add these messages to your application properties or 
component specific properties.

For localization of Duration, I opened a separate issue 
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-3877
