servicemix log4j geronimo integration

Hello everybody,

I have question how can I configure servicemix logging when I have
servicemix integrated with geronimo (2.0.2). 

What I would like to archive is that each SA (or SU) has it's own log file
created (we have 5 automation developers each is responsible also for
watching, debugging it's automated processes, it's difficult to read logs
where 50 SU's are logging informations). 

I read post on this form and I got picture how would I do that with
log4j.xml in standalone servicemix. But I have no idea how to do this when
running inside geronimo.
