[users@httpd] Roadblocks in apache module porting from 1.3 to 2.0.x - Doc attached

Hello All,

While working on porting work for an authentication module from
apache 1.3 to apache 2.0.54, we have faced couple of roadblocks
/ issues. Here an attached document explaining in brief about
those issues and resolution we found. 

You are welcome to provide your comments, to update this doc, in
order to make this as fulfledge guide for all those who are
trying the same.
