could not start the cloud stack usage server.

Hi All,
After upgrade(Management server) 4.3.1 to 4.5.2. could not start the cloud
stack usage server.

*Please find the below error we are getting:*

Starting CloudStack Usage Monitor cloudstack-usage29/02/2016 11:54:03 9305
jsvc error: Cannot set user id for user 'cloud'
29/02/2016 11:54:03 9304 jsvc error: Error validating user 'cloud'
cat: /var/run/cloudstack-usage.pid: No such file or directoryAILED [FAILED]

Is there any one facing this type of issue. please help me guys.
