cgi freelancer?

Hi -- I'm hoping you can direct me to a colleague of yours who would be interested in editing my simple cgi script.

My form (at www.usjournal.com/reqform.htm) is working just fine, but I'd like to tweak it a bit. For example, I want to delete empty
lines in the generated form, and direct the generated form to specific e-addresses based on what radio button the user clicks...
