   We noticed some of our pinot servers had many `tmp` directories taking up lots of disk space. This seemed to happen after the process was interrupted or killed while trying to unpack a segment here: https://github.com/apache/pinot/blob/c9e36dd0a53370d7b8dc24459426dc77497eb8ac/pinot-core/src/main/java/org/apache/pinot/core/data/manager/BaseTableDataManager.java#L424-L434
   
   We've been manually purging some of these directories. It'd be great if we can add some kind of background task to remove them on startup.
