[jira] Created: (UIMA-466) warning/information dialogs appear in
center of screen 1
warning/information dialogs appear in center of screen 1
--------------------------------------------------------
Key: UIMA-466
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-466
Project: UIMA
Issue Type: Bug
Components: Eclipse plugins
Affects Versions: 2.1
Environment: Windows XP
Reporter: Philip Ogren
Priority: Trivial
I use a second monitor to extend the desktop of my laptop. Messages from the CDE that use dialogs (e.g. an error message concerning a problem with the type system) always appear on my primary (laptop) screen - even though eclipse is displayed on my secondary screen. This is mildly disorienting and frustrating (I marked this as "trivial" priority. The same problem occurs when the "Add a UIMA Nature" menu item is selected.
