Hi

This is a major problem, so I am trying to figure out whether I should give up on the Confluence markup and just use the apt.

Any input would help.

Many thanks

Nathan

> The {toc} macro in the index.confluence doesn't seem to work. There is no TOC produced, just the literal text of the toc macro itself.
