Dispatch refactoring
Hi Dan,
I've re-run the tests that were failing because of the dispatch
refactoring being in progress, now using CXF 2.2.2-SNAPSHOT (Thu May 14
07:34:17 GMT+00:00 2009). The failures seem to be gone, good.
I currently see a problem with a test using MTOM, but that might be due
to a better upgrade required (I simply updated the CXF libraries). I'll
let you know.

Hi Dan,
this is just to let you know, I've gone deep to the mtom test failure I
saw before and solved that, definitely not a CXF issue.
So no problem here related to CXF 2.2.2 release.
