LlapTaskUmbilicalExternalClient should properly handle the LlapTaskUmbilicalProtocol heartbeat requests, which will include events to indicate if the task was rejected, failed, completed. If it times out getting heartbeats requests from the LLAP daemon we should handle that as well and error out from the client.
