[~vbalaji] do you think we need a config on this? btw, we have so many mkdirs() calls within hudi (HoodieRowCreateHandle, SpillableMapBasedFileSystemView, HoodieTableMetaClient, etc). Do you think we need to fix all places and may be guard by a flag?
