Ambari 2.5.1 in Blocker only mode

Hi all,

We are ramping down on the Ambari 2-5.1 release. At this stage, we are aiming to have only patches for Blocker jiras committed to the release. Please move all non blocker jiras, if any, out of 2.5.1. I will start working on the release process in the next few weeks.
