BeanValidation 1.1 Support

I was wondering what the community has planned for the 1.1.x release. I
found the bval-11 branch on github and I found it is still in Alpha. Are
there plans to take it to Beta or RC and if so does anyone have a timeline
for that?

Thanks,
Jesus M.

More the latter, but if you find anything that can be demonstrated with a
failing unit test, that is more than appreciated.

Is the need on Unit Tests or using it and reporting back on any issues
found?

Hi Jesus,
Timeline is not so certain. There are a couple of us working on it as time
permits. I'd say no less than 2 months. The 1.1 branch will *not* function
properly with a SecurityManager at present, but we believe the basic
functionality in support of the BV 1.1 spec to be complete, or very nearly
so. if you or any other member of the community is able to test it out that
can only speed up the process.

Thanks,
Matt
