After thinking about this for a bit, I was initially worried about changing around the getting started guide for blackberry to reflect this issue. However, people using cordova from the getting started guide should already have the jar either from using the phonegap distro (which downloads the jar file) or from using ./bin/create. So I think updating the readme should suffice.
