The {{$MAHOUT_HOME/flink-config.yaml}} file which is used to configure degree of parallesm, number of tasks, and temp caching directory is not included in the {{$MAHOUT_HOME/conf}} in the binary distribution.  It seems like the whole directory is written over with mr .props files during the release process.  

The file exists in the source repository.
