[axis2] VOTE: Eric Johnson for committer

Hi,

I'd like to nominate Eric Johnson to be an Axis2 committer .. he's doing
yeoman service by fixing up docs; something we can all learn from :).

Indeed, thank you for all the +1 votes.

I'll keep at writing javadocs, but don't plan on writing them all!  I 
certainly don't want my work to be an excuse for others not to write 
them as well.
