WildFly-Camel 10.2.0 released

WildFly-Camel 10.2.0 provides Camel-2.24.1 integration with WildFly-16.0.0

This is a minor update release that comes with a new compatibility contract <https://github.com/wildfly-extras/wildfly-camel/issues/2847> for WildFly.

Component upgrades include

Camel-2.24.1
Hawtio-2.7.0
In addition to that, we also resolved a number of other tasks and bugs <https://github.com/wildfly-extras/wildfly-camel/blob/master/docs/Changelog.md>.
