[jira] Created: (MRM-1440) system status page

system status page
------------------

                 Key: MRM-1440
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/MRM-1440
             Project: Archiva
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: system
    Affects Versions: 1.3.2
            Reporter: Brett Porter

While there are some individual issues filed for better contextual display of system status, it'd be good to have a page that aggregates some of the important information that is useful for troubleshooting.

For example:
- memory usage
- queue sizes
- caches
