    Description: The {{source.file.stream.io-fetch-size}} is used in the bulk format mode, but it is not exposed to the filesystem connector options. If I try to use it in the with property, it will fails with \{{Unsupported options}}. It can only be set by add it to the {{flink-conf.yaml}} now. It's not convenient and it should be scoped to the table's property.
