Attribute Checking

Hi all,

Thanks for Neil Graham's help, attribute checking on Schema document (not
on the instance document) has been checked into CVS. Any alpha-testing,
comments and suggestion are appreciated.

Here are some things that are currently checked:
1. Whether an attribute may appear in a specific element;
2. Whether a required attribute does appear in an element;
3. Whether the value of an attribute conforms to the corresponding
datatype;
4. Provide default value for optional attribute where applicable.
