[users@httpd] Limiting resources for a VirtualHost...

Hi,

I wonder if there is any possibility to limit the CPU/MEM usage for a 
certain VirtualHost instance. For example I would like to allow one 
VirtualHost to use 50% of the resources and all my other VirtualHosts to 
share the rest (50%).

I am running apache 1.3.x.
