Patch adding com.im to key files

Please add com.im alongside co.im, nic.im, etc.

I came across a couple of Runescape phishes using a .com.im domain.

Good catch. Also, nic.im is no longer used and we should add the 3tlds for ltd
and plc as well.

Unrelatedly, the Isle of Man has quite a flag. Committed revision 1701856.
