shutdown

I noticed that you can specify an init method for the BuilderFactory
but to listen to destroy evens you have to implement
RegistryShutdownListener.

This seems inconsistent. Is there a good reason you have to have this
dependency on hivemind to receive shutdown events?

Regards,

Glen
