ESQL support in default cocoon.properties

Wouldn't it be a good idea to include

	processor.xsp.logicsheet.esql.java = resource://org/apache/cocoon/processor/xsp/library/sql/esql.xsl

in the default cocoon.properties?!

BTW: http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/dynamic.html contains a link to the
non-existing page http://xml.apache.org/cocoon/esql.html - but please,
don't drop the link, add the missing page! ;-)

Anyway, ESQL is a really big leap forward - thanks Donald!

that would imply that esql is stable and ready for prime-time, which it is
explicitly _not_. that's not to imply that the code has any known bugs,
it's rock solid in that regard, but the namespace is subject to change at
any time until i officially release it. matt sergeant and i are meeting at
apachecon to try to finalize a cross-platform sql schema to be supported
across cocoon1, 2, and axkit. i anticipate releasing esql for real shortly
after apachecon.

erm, i reckon this was the beginning of robin's effort to add the esql
xspdoc docs to the stylebook build procedure. any luck here, robin?
