Attached a complete overhaul of the german translation
* fixed many mistakes, inconsistencies and oddities
* entry ordering now is the same as in the main files
* contains all recently added entries
* still contains old entries, too, should therefore work with older versions of JSPWiki, too.
* well tested on my local installation during the 2.6.1 cycle up to 2.6.1-rc-4
