Description: The zh and zh_TW i18n of "StatusItem.description.SERVICE_QUEUED" are meaning of "Service is running", not "Service is queued", either to SERVICE_RUNNING. (was: The zh and zh_TW i18n of "StatusItem.description.SERVICE_QUEUED" are meaning of "Service is running", vice versa.)
