[Bug 119970] export to .doc file automatically inserts footer

repeat step:
1.open the odt file and save as doc format
2.reload doc file in OO

defect:
there is a footer in the doc file.but in original file,it isn't.
Note:in the attachment is the exported doc file,no original odt file.

@imtomjohnston,can you provide the odt file for checking the defect?
you can set as below to avoid table to the next page:
Tools->options->writer->compatibility->don't add leading(extra spacing)between
lines of text.
