this patch renames some sections, adds a new convenient way of one-action build of HDK, and adds new generic info to correctly assess provided info. 
we now have the following structure:

Intro: "hi, with this page you'll download and build source code; for that you'll need 1-2-3"
1-2-3 clear steps on building process, runs ant in the federated build tree root folder
Details: steps for component-wise building (the old version)
Running JRE: launching a simple application
