   @eric-haibin-lin the test case was added in ps-lite repo, for mxnet repo, my plan is to add in scala-packages/spark which is the main purpose of the update. 
   
   BTW, do we have test case built with USE_DIST_KV_STORE = 1 today? (can you point me to that? I didn't find it)
